CRM

Your 3dcart store comes equipped with a built-in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) that acts as a ticketing system for queries sent between you and your customers. To initiate a CRM ticket, your shoppers can use your store's default "Contact Us" page, while you (as merchant) can create new CRM tickets for individual customers as needed.

The page found in the Products =>CRM menu will list your store's CRM ticket history.

This view can be filtered by the following:

  • CRM Ticket Status
  • Customer Name
  • Customer Email
  • Ticket ID
  • Department
  • Keywords

From this view you can easily open and reopen CRM tickets for follow up, resolution, or simple research.
